Andrew C. Frazier

Colonel Andrew C. Frazier serves as Dean of the School of Systems and Logistics at the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Appointed in August 2025, he oversees defense-focused professional continuing education, research, and consulting services that sustain America's air and space forces technological supremacy. The school delivers over 120 courses in acquisition management, logistics, contracting, systems management, software engineering, and financial management to approximately 18,000 Department of Defense personnel across 50 worldwide locations annually.

Frazier's educational background includes:

• Bachelor of Science in Business, Wake Forest University (2002)
• Master of Science in Leadership and Business Ethics, Duquesne University (2012)
• Air War College (2021, correspondence)

His research interests span acquisition program management, logistics systems, defense technology development, and military education. With extensive experience in hypersonics, test range systems, munitions support equipment, bomb fuzing, air to ground radars, and distributed training systems, Frazier has shaped defense acquisition education across multiple domains including cyber & intel, data analytics, product support, supply chain management, and software engineering.

Frazier's military decorations include multiple Meritorious Service Medals, Commendation Medals, and service medals recognizing his contributions to defense operations.

As a graduated Materiel Leader and Education with Industry alumnus (Intel Corporation), he previously served as Military Assistant to the Air Force Deputy Assistant Secretary for Acquisition Integration and Chief of the Acquisition Airmen Career Management Branch. His leadership extends to organizational improvement initiatives and consulting services through the Education Integration Cell.
