Andrew Boyarsky is a Clinical Associate Professor in Project and Emergency Management at John Jay College of Criminal Justice (CUNY) and President of Pinnacle Performance Management. With 29 years of experience in project management and 20 years specializing in emergency management, business continuity, and disaster recovery, he bridges academic theory with practical application.

He hosts the podcast 'Riding the Wave: Project Management for Emergency Managers' which explores project management applications in emergency contexts.
