Andrew Bick is a Senior Lecturer in Fine Art at Kingston School of Art, Kingston University, and Reader in Fine Art at the University of Gloucestershire. He has taught BA and MA programs and supervised seven PhD students, contributing to contemporary art discourse through practice-based research and curatorial projects. His academic activities include external examining at Liverpool Hope University, Ecole Cantonal d'Art du Valais, and former roles at Bath Spa University.

Bick's research focuses on British Construction and Systems Art (1950s–1970s), informed by his Henry Moore Institute Fellowship. He has lectured extensively at institutions like UAL Central Saint Martins, Royal College of Art, and TATE Modern, while exhibiting internationally, including Museum Haus Konstruktiv (Zurich) and Camden Arts Centre (London). His publications include contributions to Art Monthly and Art and Christianity Enquiry.
Recent publications and exhibitions analyze constructed art methodologies, architectural dialogues, and abstract painting. Key collaborations include MAKE Architects & Rolfe Judd/Modus Operandi for London public commissions. He is represented by Hales Gallery (London) and Galerie von Bartha (Basel).

Bick actively supervises PhD candidates, serves on advisory boards (Tannery Arts London, Drawing Room), and bridges studio practice with academic research. His work interrogates geometric abstraction, systems-based approaches, and the social impact of contemporary art.
