Andres Marin Salmeron is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, Universidad de Murcia, Department of Civil Law. He completed his doctoral thesis in 2022 titled "El diseño y el defecto de diseño análisis doctrinal y jurisprudencial desde la perspectiva de la responsabilidad civil por productos defectuosos", supervised by Dr. Joaquín Ataz López and Dr. María Carmen Plana Arnaldos.
