Andreas Weckwerth

Prof. Dr. Dr. Andreas Weckwerth serves as Professor and Chair of Ancient Church History and Patrology at the Faculty of Theology, Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt. His research centers on early church councils, canon law development, and liturgical history within Late Antiquity, with significant contributions to the Research Programme Antiquity - Christianity.
