Andreas Tsourouflis

Andreas Tsourouflis is an Associate Professor of Public Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, specializing in Tax Law, International Taxation, and European Legal Frameworks. He holds a doctorate in Tax Law from the University of Osnabrück (1997) and teaches courses on Tax Law, Administrative Court Procedure, and European Tax Harmonization.
