Andreas Rühmkorf

Professor Andreas Rühmkorf is an Honorary Senior Lecturer in Commercial Law at the School of Law, University of Sheffield, where he has taught since 2008. He holds a PhD from Sheffield and is a qualified German lawyer with expertise in corporate governance, CSR, and comparative law.

His research focuses on Corporate Social Responsibility, particularly the role of home states in promoting CSR in global supply chains. Recent work includes empirical studies on German corporate governance and legal strategies to combat forced labor in supply chains.
