Professor Andreas Rühmkorf is an Honorary Senior Lecturer in Commercial Law at the School of Law, University of Sheffield, where he has taught since 2008. He holds a PhD from Sheffield and is a qualified German lawyer with expertise in corporate governance, CSR, and comparative law.
