Andreas Ropeid Sæbø is a Doctoral Research Fellow in Archaeology at the University of Oslo's Faculty of Humanities. His research focuses on Viking, Merovingian Age, and Migration Period Scandinavia, with an emphasis on power structures, material culture, and mound construction. He holds a temporary academic position and has worked extensively in field archaeology, glacier archaeology, and museum roles.
