Andreas Nilsson is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Health Sciences, School of Health Sciences at Örebro University. His academic work focuses on the intersection of physical activity, nutrition, and health outcomes, particularly in aging populations.
Dr. Nilsson's research investigates the importance of lifestyle factors - specifically physical activity and dietary habits - for health from an epidemiological perspective.
