Andreas Hess

Professor Andreas Hess serves as Chair of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the Institute of Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology within the School of Medicine at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg (FAU).

His research focuses on pharmacological and toxicological mechanisms with connections to the FAU Research Center for New Drugs (FAU NeW). Professor Hess maintains an active research program investigating drug actions, therapeutic applications, and toxicological profiles of chemical compounds.
