Andreas Hartmann is an Associate Professor of Infrastructure Asset Management at the Faculty of Engineering Technology, University of Twente. He is affiliated with the Department of Civil Engineering and Management, specifically contributing to the Market Dynamics sub-group (ET-CEM-MD).
