Andreas Donatsch

Prof. Dr. iur. Andreas Donatsch is a retired Professor of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law at the University of Zurich, having served as Chair until August 1, 2017. He is affiliated with the Faculty of Law, Department of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law. His work focuses on criminal law theory, criminal procedure, tax law, and international legal assistance. He has authored numerous publications, including commentaries on Swiss legal codes and textbooks on criminal law. Retired since 2017, he remains active in legal academia through publications and collaborations.
