Andreas Deckmann

Prof. Dr. rer. pol. Andreas Deckmann is a Professor of Management and Business Administration at the Berlin University of Technology since 2003, with a parallel career in management consulting. His academic work focuses on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), strategic management, human resources, and corporate ethics. He leads the "MitCSR" project analyzing CSR's impact on employee retention and communication, funded by IFAF and collaborated with the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
