Professor Andreas Antoniades of the School of Global Studies at the University of Sussex is a leading scholar in Global Political Economy and Environmental Sustainability. He serves as Director of Admissions and Recruitment at his school and as Fellow of the Sussex Sustainability Research Programme (SSRP), where he leads the project Financial Crises and Environmental Sustainability. His academic journey includes a PhD from the London School of Economics (LSE), MA from the University of Warwick, and BA from the University of Athens.

Notable leadership roles span editorial boards of Millennium and Studies for Ethnicity and Nationalism, as well as co-organizing international research networks.
