Andrea Piotrowski, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Health Psychology at the Max Rady College of Medicine, University of Manitoba. She also serves as the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority’s regional medical specialty lead for Clinical Health Psychology and leads the adult assessment team. Her work integrates clinical practice, supervision, and leadership in health psychology.

Her research focuses on creating online resources for Canadian psychologists, emphasizing evidence-based assessments and practice tools. This collaborative project spans institutions nationwide and aligns with her expertise in cognitive and psychodiagnostic evaluations for in- and outpatient services.
Notable honors include the Manitoba Psychological Society’s Distinguished Lifetime Achievement Award (2022) and recognition by the American Psychological Association’s Leadership Institute for Women in Psychology (2019). She has held significant leadership roles, including board memberships at the Canadian Psychological Association and presidency of the Manitoba Psychological Society.
