Andrea J. Berman

Andrea J. Berman is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh's Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences, where she has led an active research program since joining the faculty in 2012. Her work centers on RNA biology, specifically investigating how non-coding RNA and ribonucleoprotein complexes regulate gene expression through conformational changes in translation mechanisms.
