Andrea Goldsmith is the Dean of the School of Engineering and Applied Science and the Arthur LeGrand Doty Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Princeton University. Previously, she held the Stephen Harris Professorship at Stanford University and remains Harris Professor Emerita there. Her research focuses on information theory, communication theory, signal processing, and their applications to wireless communications, interconnected systems, and neuroscience. She founded Plume WiFi and Quantenna, Inc., and serves on the boards of Medtronic and Crown Castle Inc.
