Andrea Fosfuri is a Full Professor of Management and currently serves as Dean of the PhD School and Innovation at Bocconi University, Italy. He holds a PhD in Economics from Pompeu Fabra University and an undergraduate degree in Economics and Management from the University of Urbino. Prior to Bocconi, he was a faculty member at the University Carlos III (Madrid) and taught at institutions like Boston University and Carnegie Mellon University.
His research focuses on the intersection of technology management, innovation strategy, and corporate behavior, with notable contributions in areas such as startup exit strategies, corporate social responsibility in multinational enterprises, and technology licensing markets. He has held editorial roles for Management Science and the Strategic Management Journal.
Prof. Fosfuri served as the Italian Delegate for the European Innovation Council (2021–2023) and is a board member of the B4i innovation fund. His work blends theoretical insights with practical implications for firms navigating innovation-driven markets.
