Andrea Facchetti

Andrea Facchetti is Assistant Professor and Research Fellow at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano's Faculty of Design and Art. He co-founded Krisis Publishing, an independent platform for publishing and curatorial projects addressing media culture, representation politics, and social research.

Research Focus: His doctoral research examined speculative practices and knowledge production in visual design. Current work integrates critical theory with design methodologies to investigate socio-political dimensions of representation systems.

Educational Background: Holds a BA in Philosophy, MA in Visual and Multimedia Communication (Iuav University of Venice), and PhD in Design Sciences from Iuav's doctoral program.
