Andrea Caneschi is a Full Professor of Chemistry at the Department of Industrial Engineering, University of Florence (Italy). He has held leadership roles including Director of the National Interuniversity Consortium of Materials Science and Technology (INSTM) from 2012-2020 and President of the Nanotechnology Pole of the Tuscany Region (2013). His research focuses on inorganic chemistry, magnetic interactions, and nanomaterials.
