Prof. Andrea Bencsik is a Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Informatics, J. Selye University, leading the Department of Economics and Management. She holds a rigorous academic background with a PhD in Economics from the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (1993) and habilitation in Human Resource Management (2008). Her research focuses on knowledge management, organizational development, sustainable leadership, and digital transformation.
As a key academic, she advises on core programs such as Corporate Economics and Management and Business Economics and Management. Prof. Bencsik has contributed to over 284 publications across peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings, and edited volumes, emphasizing themes like leadership in the digital era and cross-cultural management. Her recent works include organizing the European Conference on Knowledge Management (2024) and co-editing Springer’s *Digital Transformation: What is the Company of Today?* (2023).
She actively engages in grants like the Early Stage Grant for J. Selye University (2023) and leads projects on cybersecurity and institutional development. Her contributions span international collaborations with institutions like Universiti Putra Malaysia and the Nordic academic network.
