Andrea Acosta Massó

Andrea Acosta Massó is an Assistant Professor in Constitutional Law at the University of Navarra's Faculty of Law, specializing in constitutional interpretation and the interpretation of the European Convention on Human Rights. She holds a Law degree with Extraordinary Honours from the Complutense University of Madrid and a PhD in Law (cum laude, 2024) from the University of Navarra.

Her research focuses on evolutive interpretation of constitutional frameworks and the European Convention on Human Rights. She has conducted academic collaboration through a research stay at the University of Notre Dame (USA) to study American constitutional interpretative theories. Her work bridges comparative constitutional law and human rights jurisprudence.

Andrea has taught faculty seminars on constitutional interpretation at institutions including the Autonomous University of Madrid and the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross in Rome. She actively contributes to legal scholarship through her affiliation with the Department of Public Law and Legal Institutions.
