Anca Andreica

Anca Andreica is a Professor at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, Department of Computer Science, at Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca. She leads courses in Computer Systems Architecture (2nd-year Mathematics-Computer Science), Data Mining (1st-year Master's in Databases and Distributed Systems), and supervises the Database Research Project (2nd-year Master's).

Research Interests: Her work centers on computer architecture, database systems, and data mining, with a focus on low-level programming, assembly language, and software engineering fundamentals. Course materials highlight expertise in 8086 assembly, interrupt handling, and arithmetic operations.

Labs & Teaching: She oversees laboratories such as Arithmetic Expressions, Bitwise Operations, and String Operations, emphasizing hands-on learning in system-level programming. Practical exams are conducted in weeks 13-14.
