Anastasiya Kotova

Anastasiya Kotova is a Researcher in Human Rights Law and Public International Law, and a Doctoral student in the Department of Law at Lund University. Her research focuses on international corporate criminal responsibility, imperialism, and the theoretical underpinnings of international law. She holds a PhD thesis titled On Corporate Harm, Mute Compulsion, and Ideology: A Marxist Reading of International Corporate Criminal Responsibility (2024), examining how legal frameworks normalize systemic corporate harm.
