Anastasia Stuart-Edwards

Anastasia Stuart-Edwards is an Associate Professor at the Dhillon School of Business, University of Lethbridge, specializing in Human Resource Management & Labour Relations. Her research focuses on workplace mindfulness, occupational health, and mental health at work.

Her recent work explores team mindfulness, reciprocal relationships in workplace mental health, multijobbing dynamics, and flow theory advancements. She employs interdisciplinary approaches spanning psychology, organizational science, and behavioral economics.
