Anas Ababneh

Dr. Anas Ababneh is an Assistant Professor at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Austin, TX, where he teaches in the Residential Doctor of Physical Therapy program. He holds a Doctor of Education in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University (2021), a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from New York Institute of Technology (2008), and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Hashemite University (2005).

His research focuses on cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and telehealth applications in physical therapy. Dr. Ababneh is actively developing outcome measures for telehealth interventions and has disseminated his work through peer-reviewed publications and presentations at national and international conferences.

With clinical experience since 2005, he has worked in diverse settings including home health, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities. He previously served as a lecturer at Aljouf University and as a graduate assistant at Texas Woman’s University, contributing to research projects and cardiovascular/pulmonary rehabilitation labs.
