Dr. Anahi Alba de la Fuente serves as an Associate Professor at Université de Montréal's Department of Literatures and Languages of the World. Her research focuses on language acquisition patterns, particularly in Spanish as a first and second language, examining bilingualism through psycholinguistic and sociolinguistic frameworks. She investigates morphosyntactic development across learner profiles including heritage speakers and L2/L3 learners.
