Dr. Ana Simonovska is a Full Professor at the Institute of Agroeconomics within the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Food, University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje (UKIM). Her work focuses on agricultural economics, rural development, and financial systems in transition economies.
Research interests include:
- Analysis of agricultural capital markets and credit risk
- Impact of rural development policies on smallholder farms
- Network dynamics in organic agriculture
- Sustainable production systems in the Western Balkans
Recent publications examine grape producer economics, responsible agricultural innovation, and land market reforms. Her studies employ econometric modeling and network analysis to address financial capacity, policy effectiveness, and value chain optimization.
