Ana Rosa Arias Gago

Ana Rosa Arias Gago is a Full Professor at the University of León, affiliated with the School of Education and the Department of General Didactics, Specific Didactics, and Theory of Education. She leads the EVORI Research Group, focusing on Didactics and School Organization, and contributes to multidisciplinary educational research.

Her research spans Educational Innovation, with expertise in School Organization, Educational Quality Models, ICT integration, and Special/Inclusive Education. She has authored over 40 scientific studies in indexed journals and published books/chapters on educational topics.

In teaching, she has instructed diverse university programs since 2001, including Teacher Training Diplomas, Bachelor’s degrees in Early Childhood Education and Social Education, and Master’s degrees in Educational Guidance and Teacher Training. She has also engaged in international teaching and research collaborations.
