Ana María Vera Ivars

Ana María Vera Ivars is a Research Fellow in the Department of Tax Law at the University of Valencia. Her doctoral research focuses on special Value Added Tax (VAT) regimes for distance sales and services. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (2015-2019) from the University of Valencia and completed a master’s program to qualify for the legal profession, passing the Spanish Bar Examination.

Her research interests include environmental taxation, mutual assistance in tax collection, and international tax policy. She is affiliated with the ETICCs research group, which organizes conferences and symposia on topics like the Spanish tax system in global contexts and property transfer taxation.
