Assistant Professor Ana Marija Rogic, Ph.D., works at the Department of Pedagogy at the University of Zadar. She has been employed there since 2007, progressing from research assistant to senior assistant and eventually assistant professor in 2017.
Her primary research interests include lifelong teacher education, formal and informal learning frameworks, comparative pedagogy, and curriculum development. She has coordinated and taught courses such as Comparative Pedagogy, History of Pedagogy, and Lifelong Education, while contributing to projects like 'ZadarZaDar: Experiential Pedagogy in Science Subjects' and 'Competency Standards for Teachers.'
She actively participates in international and domestic conferences, serves on the editorial board of Acta Iadertina, and is a member of the Croatian Pedagogical Society. Her work also involves quality assurance and policy development in educational systems.
