Ana Filipa Marques Roque

Ana Filipa Marques Roque is an Assistant Professor at the University of Beira Interior (UBI) and the Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra - ISCAC. She holds a PhD in Management from UBI and is affiliated with the NECE - Research Center for Business Sciences. Her expertise spans Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, and Financial Management, with a focus on internationalization strategies and management accounting systems.

She earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Management and Law, and is a Certified Accountant, Economist, and Solicitor. Professionally, she serves as CEO of an accounting and consulting firm, while maintaining academic roles. She also leads the Portuguese Observatory of Family Businesses at ISCAC.

Her research explores the intersection of international business strategies and accounting systems, including topics like ESG reporting, family business sustainability, and post-COVID adaptation. Notable projects include the Center for Studies in Business Sciences (UID/GES/04630/2019).

Key publications (2021–2024) address internationalization frameworks, ESG impact on investments, and family business performance during crises. Her work emphasizes theoretical frameworks and practical case studies in strategic management and accounting systems.
