Ana Belén Uceda Mayo

Ana Belén Uceda Mayo is an Assistant Professor in Physical Chemistry at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB). She earned her PhD in Chemical Science and Technology (2023), Master’s in Chemical Science and Technology (2018), and Bachelor’s in Chemistry (2017) from UIB. Since 2017, she has been a member of the Molecular Reactivity and Drug Design research group, focusing on post-translational modifications and their impact on protein structure-function relationships.

She contributes to interdisciplinary research on neurodegenerative, vascular, and metabolic diseases through the INNoVAM group.
