Ana Balibanu is a tenure-track Assistant Professor at Louisiana State University's Department of Mathematics. Previously, she was a Benjamin Peirce Fellow at Harvard University and held an NSF Postdoctoral Fellowship. Her research focuses on geometric representation theory, algebraic groups, and their connections to symplectic and Poisson geometry.
