Amy Spriggs

Amy Spriggs, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Early Childhood, Special Education and Counselor Education at the University of Kentucky. She serves as the Program Faculty Coordinator for the Moderate and Severe Disabilities (MSD) program, advising undergraduates and teaching MSD courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Dr. Spriggs holds a B.S., M.Ed., and Ph.D. in Special Education from the University of Georgia, complemented by over ten years of public school teaching experience focusing on students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and moderate/severe disabilities.
