معرفی
Dr. Amy Lee is the Freeman Chair of Basic Science and Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine at USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center. Her research focuses on mammalian stress response and molecular chaperones, particularly glucose-regulated proteins (GRPs) in cancer progression and therapeutic resistance. She pioneered cloning of ER stress-inducible GRP genes and demonstrated GRP78's critical role in tumorigenesis.
Research Interests: Mechanisms of GRP78 in cancer metastasis, drug resistance, and viral infections; Development of GRP-targeted therapeutics; ER stress signaling in disease pathogenesis
