Dr Amy Parry is an academic epidemiologist and Associate Professor at the Australian National University (ANU), serving as Deputy Head of the Department of Applied Epidemiology and faculty member of the Australian Field Epidemiology Training Programme (FETP). Her work focuses on strengthening public health emergency response systems, with expertise in pandemic preparedness and infectious disease control. She has responded to major outbreaks including Ebola, Zika, and COVID-19, and her research emphasizes workforce development and team effectiveness during crises.

Research Interests: Amy’s work spans global health challenges, including team dynamics in emergency response, tuberculosis among healthcare workers, and SARS-CoV-2 transmission mitigation.
