Amy Loutfi is a Professor at Linköping University and holds a concurrent professorship in computer science at Örebro University, where she also serves as Pro Vice-Chancellor for AI. She currently serves as Programme Director of the Wallenberg AI, Autonomous Systems and Software Program (WASP), succeeding Anders Ynnerman. Her work bridges academia and industry, focusing on advancing AI and autonomous systems research in Sweden. She divides her time between teaching, research leadership, and WASP administration.
