Amy Kuceyeski is a Professor of Mathematics in Neuroscience and Radiology at Weill Cornell Medical College. Her research focuses on neuroimaging, brain connectivity, and computational models of neurological disorders. She holds affiliations at the Brain and Mind Research Institute and leads projects funded by the National Institutes of Health and Department of Defense.
Education: Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University (2009); B.S. in Mathematics from Mount Union College (2004).
Research interests include brain network dynamics, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury, and applications of machine learning in neuroimaging. She developed tools like Krakencoder for connectome analysis and pioneered work on network control theory in neuropsychiatric conditions.
