Amy Koltz is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Marquette University Law School, where she teaches Mediation Advocacy and Interviewing and Counseling. She is also the Executive Director and Mediator for the Wisconsin Foreclosure Mediation Network and the Metro Milwaukee Foreclosure Mediation Program (MMFMP), administered through Metro Milwaukee Mediation Services, Inc., a nonprofit organization of which she is President.
Her educational background includes a B.A. from The College of William and Mary (1998), a J.D. from Marquette University Law School (2003), and a Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Marquette University (2004).
Amy Koltz specializes in alternative dispute resolution, civil litigation, and mediation systems design. With over two decades of experience, she has designed and administered consumer dispute resolution programs for major clients including eBay, Winnebago Industries, Porsche Cars North America, and Ford Motor Company. Her work integrates technology and process innovation in dispute resolution, particularly in mortgage and warranty disputes. She has mediated hundreds of foreclosure cases and continues to serve as a Roster Mediator for federal bankruptcy courts in Wisconsin.

She has contributed significantly to state-level dispute resolution policy through her leadership in the Wisconsin State Bar's Dispute Resolution Section, where she served as Past-Chairperson and Board Member from 2004 to 2012 and again after 2014.

She leads Metro Milwaukee Mediation Services, Inc., overseeing daily operations, staff, and program expansion across Wisconsin. Her team manages mediation services for foreclosure cases and collaborates with county programs statewide as part of the Wisconsin Foreclosure Mediation Network.
