Amy Dunagin is an Associate Professor of History at Kennesaw State University, specializing in the cultural and political history of Britain and its empire. Her research examines how Britons navigated shifting cultural identities during the late 17th and 18th centuries, particularly focusing on the paradox of English national superiority versus perceived unmusicality.

Her work has been published in the Journal of British Studies, Eighteenth-Century Life, Early American Studies, and Studies in Eighteenth-Century Culture.
