Dr. Amy Carrad is a Research Officer at the Australian Research Centre for Health Equity (ARCHE) and Senior Project Officer in the School of Regulation & Global Governance (RegNet) at the Australian National University (ANU). Her research focuses on power dynamics, health equity, and public policy, particularly in food systems governance. She holds a PhD in Public Health from the University of Wollongong (2019), an Honours degree (2013), and a Bachelor of Public Health (2012).
