Amy Beth Cyphert is an Associate Professor at the West Virginia University College of Law, where she teaches courses on Artificial Intelligence and the Law, Civil Procedure, and Regulating Artificial Intelligence. A Morgantown native, she graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2001 as a Truman Scholar and earned her J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2005.
