Amrita Manohar

Amrita Manohar is a PhD candidate in Business and Management and serves as a Teaching Fellow/Teaching Associate at Queen Mary University of London's School of Business and Management. Her research focuses on the impact of institutions on Indian born global firms (BGs), leveraging institutional and network theories to analyze their performance in India's heterogeneous institutional environment. She holds a background in management, finance, technology, and engineering, with professional experience in project management and software engineering.

Amrita is supervised by Dr. Eleni Lioliou and Dr. Martha Prevezer, and is a member of the Centre for Globalisation Research (CGR). Her work contributes to understanding BGs in under-researched emerging economies, emphasizing policy implications for supporting young firms.
