Amira Benali is an Assistant Professor at Aalborg University in the Department of Culture and Learning, part of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. She holds a PhD in socioeconomics from the University of Geneva. Her research focuses on gender, social justice, poverty, and alternative economies, particularly in the contexts of tourism and management.
