Amir Barnea is an Associate Professor at the Department of Finance, HEC Montréal. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of British Columbia, an M.A. in Economics from Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a B.A. in Economics and Business from the same institution. His research focuses on corporate governance, investor behavior, and the interplay between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and financial markets.
