Her scholarship has been published in prominent law reviews such as the U.C. Davis Law Review and the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law and Social Change.
Professor Wilson has played a pivotal role in shaping the first government-funded appointed counsel system for immigrants under the Department of Justice. She is frequently cited in national media, including Newsweek, for her legal analysis on green card protections and immigration policy.
She advises and supervises law students through the Immigration Justice Clinic, providing direct legal services to immigrants while advancing systemic reform. She is also involved in research and policy initiatives related to immigrant health, legal ethics, and structural justice.
She is affiliated with the Immigration Justice Clinic, a clinical program at Haub Law that combines litigation, advocacy, and education to serve immigrant communities and influence national discourse on immigration reform.
