Dr Amelia Dale is a Lecturer in English at the Australian National University (ANU), with prior positions at Nanjing University, SUIBE, and the University of Sydney. She holds a PhD in eighteenth-century literature from the University of Sydney. Her research focuses on eighteenth-century and Romantic literature, with expertise in book history, gender studies, and the histories of the body and sexuality. Notable works include her monograph *The Printed Reader: Gender, Quixotism, and Textual Bodies in Eighteenth-Century Britain* (2019), shortlisted for the British Association of Romanticism’s First Book Prize.
