Amanda Roberti is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at San Francisco State University, specializing in gender and politics, with a focus on the politics of sex and reproduction. She previously taught at Ramapo College for three years and holds a Ph.D. in Political Science with a concentration in Women’s and Gender Studies from Rutgers University (2017).
Research Interests center on reproductive politics, legislative analysis, and gender policy. Her notable work includes a comprehensive database tracking all abortion-related bills in U.S. states from 2008 onward, and her forthcoming article examines the 'pro-woman' rhetorical framing in antiabortion policies.
