Amanda Randles is the Alfred Winborne and Victoria Stover Mordecai Associate Professor of Biomedical Sciences at Duke University's Pratt School of Engineering. She holds joint appointments in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science, Computer Science, and Mathematics. Her research combines high-performance computing and biomedical simulation to model complex biological systems such as blood flow and cancer progression.

Research Focus:
Development of computational tools like HARVEY and HarVI frameworks for 3D hemodynamic simulations, digital twins of vasculature, and machine learning applications in cardiovascular disease prediction.
